Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Hey Sunshine Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages Hey Sunshine Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
